Another Important Update

Well, work is well underway on the forums, with varied bits of kit used and abused, but we are well on the way to a relaunch on Monday. We shall keep you posted.

In other news:

- Loony won the raffle at Retro Fusion, bagging himself an arcade machine. I got the fifth prize of a T-shirt.

- Our friends over at Gaming Verdict are on the way to launching their site officially, and some of the articles there may be Lolocausted…

- I have two new gaming machines, a DS Lite (Guitar Hero L.E.) and a PS3 (an early Birthday gift from Mrs B.) Expect some new write ups soon.

- Boidster is still striving for greatness, and seems to be managing it…

- The previously mentioned forum community content policy is almost complete, and should result in really good wadge of community greatness, more on that once the forum is live.

And that’s about it. Thanks to those of you who have continued to drop in and visit, it really does make the efforts seem worth the… well, effort.

Important Update

Right, as many of you may have noticed, the forum has disappeared. This is no temporary downtime, it has gone for good following a security failure. We apologise for the loss of the greatness that was contained within, I am hoping it may be found on an internet archive site somewhere at some point. But rest assured, we are working on a new forum, an improved one, so please bear with us.

Secondly, you may also have noted the lack of a Fusion ‘08 write-up on the site. Well, this is also in the works but the forum distracted us somewhat, so you can look forward to the full Fusion ‘08 story before the end of the week.

Lastly, we are looking at improving the site alongside the forum building and will be putting the emphasis on getting the site community based. Expect more forum suggestions for articles, more competitions and general greatness. The site will still be what it is, but with a generous helping of extras.
