I am Confused Right Now… No, Not Like That!

FIGHT!I like to spend a lot of my time on t’internet reading news posts, watching videos and browsing the plethora of web comics online right now, som gaming related, take CAD for example, and others more obscure, like xkcd or Amazing Superpowers.

I like them, but I also like the Zero Punctuation series, and this week’s video caused the two to clash, leaving me with the same feeling you have when two of your best friends have an argument over who gets to lick the spoon after a baking session - and no that isn’t an analogy unfortunately.

“Can You Hear Me Now?” The Army of Two Experience

Army of TwoArmy of Two - commonly referred to here at Lolocaust Towers as Army of Poo - is the sort of challenge we like. Not challenging on a difficulty level, just challenging like a seven year old who only eats marmite and refuses to change out of his Superman shirt.

Boidster and I - foolhardy as we are - decided to undertake the challenge of putting up with the game, long enough we hope to complete the game. So far things have been going, well… so far things have been crap.

Why I Will NOT Be Buying Soul Calibur on the XBLA

VoldoContrary to popular opinion - read the opinion of a few people - I will no longer be stumping up 800 Microsoft points for Namco’s classic fighting title, Soul Calibur.

Now this is a surprise I guess, especially as it is one of my all time favourite gaming series, coupled with the fact that it was the best fighting game on the Dreamcast, which of course is the best console ever made.
